Anyone saw a good Carthage perfomance? In all three my last games AI Carthage lost her core cities (including capital) to Numidia. Actualy i never saw succsesfull Carthage, numidia get too many units...

Only armor can be upgraded in EXRM. Weapon upgrades gives units an overkill stats, especialy for archers.

Alexander addon is not supported. Only BI.
There is a Fourth Option (the most realistic one, i think) : disable running for all units exept cavalry. Soldiers did not run on the battlefield exept for charge or pursue.
Well, i see that Getae small diplo icon not fixed yet. But it can be fixed realy easy: open descr_sm_factions.txt then find small_logo_index for dacia and change it from 263 to 264. Thats all!
