    The reversed NearTile code is the correct one, you should keep it. The region is probably the culprit here.

    Yup, all representatives are linked to an ethnicity, apart from one (Nesiarchos ton Nesioton).

    It's a +2 influence boost, and +1 one to naval command (doesn't show up on the UI), and it requires the FM to have 1 influence at least.

    I just managed to replenish a unit of Komatai Epilektoi (recruited as mercs) in Athens as the KH.
    I obviously don't see the unit as recruitable in the city.
