Ideally I would make chevrons more powerful in a TES tw mod, but I haven't figured out yet how to do so.
I guess my opinion on the drama at hand is that ppl should be allowed to admin a hot seat so long as they are competent at doing so. And having one primary admin per hotseat should solve most issues....
