Terrorism in the UK is currently at it's lowest since the 50's.

So we should look down on Sadiq Khan because he doesn't fit your racist idea of what mayors of London should be?
Xi Jinping and the Gulf leaders haven't been tweeting garbage about London that Khan has had to respond to.
Not respecting the rule of law and not being able to have an impact on knife crime are two completely different things and you know it. Nothing to say about £1bn cuts to the Met and local authority cuts?
It's a political appointment; he's a Labour mayor. Johnson wasn't exactly going around with a "vote Labour" rosette on. Can you actually give some examples of where he has been intolerant to the point where it's not been befitting of his office? Because being critical of Trump isn't being intolerant of Conservatives; it's being a sane and decent human being.
Instead of offering praise to Khan about his handling of the London Bridge attack, like Theresa May and his acting ambassador at the time did, Trump decided to attack London's representative on the national and international stage the day after a heinous terror attack. Should he then really expect a warm welcome from the city whose representative he disparaged?
So we should deny the basic human right of English people to have their own distinct ethnic identity? They either accept that Englishness is multiethnic or they are racist?
If Sadiq Khan was born in Bejing, and everything else about him was the same, would he be ethnic Chinese?
I believe in the right of people to cultivate and preserve their ethnic identity. Brexit was about that. What about you?
Theresa May is even more responsible than Khan for everything that happened, considering she was in government.
Back to the topic: Macron is insisting the UK must leave by 31st October.

Point me where I said that.
Anyway, Financial Times unhappy with Tory leadership over Brexit:

Yet you attempt to negate irish terrorism and over-emphasize islamic, hypocritical much? The fact is, islamic terrorism is badly organised and ineffective with only 2 major incidents since 9/11 (7/7 tube bombings and the Manchester Arena) while British anti-terror operations are very effective and have kept the body count down despite "your side's" ranting and fear mongering.
More people died in car accients in London year for year than in terrorist attacks.
Over-claiming terrorism in your arguments are extremely dishonest and somewhat desperate.
Nvm.
Let's just move on with the discussion. One effect of Brexit is that EU students would pay the same fees as other foreigners from next year.

Lmao.
More on topic, Trump has recommended that Bojo appoints Farage to deal with the EU, quit without a deal and sue for damage. Terrific approach.
Air pollution and climate change are really different things. CO2 by itself isn't toxic, and the 64,000 people.dying a year in the UK are not because of CO2. You could elimate all CO2 industrial production, and still have an air pollution problem, likewise, you could eliminate all air pollution and still have an climate change issue. It is continuing to blame all the evils of the world on climate change that really undermines Climate Change proponents attempts to convince the skeptics. Reducing CO2 production by itself won't eliminate air pollution, nor will eliminating air pollution by itself eliminate global.warming.
No, I mean one so financially incompetent that despite their budget more than tripling in two decades, they're struggling to get by and having to cut basic services, even while wasting money on every hair-brained scheme you can think of. GPs get a wonderful new contract where they get paid more for doing much less. An entire middle management tier invented and puffed up with external consultants adding no real value. Procurement an absolute shambles, but hey, it's not their own money they're wasting.
Thats nothing else than hillarious. Farages only gift is his ability to arouse the disappointet voters of the tories.
He´s not know for any kind of sucessful negotiations and will bugger out of his Brexit party as soon as possible. Has this man ever had a political office?
What are his qualification either, except of drinking pints and appeal to the British obsession with fake eccentrics?
This is exactly reason why I think it would be hilarious actually put Farage into office..as PM or negotiator. Nothing can sink whole brexit issue as fast as another failed brexit delivery guy...
Anyway I saw nice commentary for why is there so many runners for convervatives....with so many contestants, they will hardly choose anybody before summer recess of parliament so Boris Johnson or anybody else won´t be actual PM during summer and in September...well good luck to anybody trying to do anything before deadline is up again...What do you guys thing about conservatives running down the clock without actual PM? Then they can easily blame no deal scenario upon EU/all else...after all there would be no PM or PM with very short time in office...
It was always the Tory plan. Starve the NHS of funds, wait until people have had enough and sell it off to the Yanks to make a quick buck. Screw the poor and vulnerable. Those relying on the NHS will have to take a running jump. So when Brexiteers talk about how Brexit will enable them to "take back control", what they actually mean is we all get to bend over and beg to take whatever shafting Trump and his cronies want to dish out. Great.
Remind me, what exactly do we get out of a potential UK-US trade deal again? I mean besides, a ruined healthcare system, the death of social care and chlorinated chicken?
Well two of the three we have already and we do have chlorinated salad (although i wouldn't want either) A trade deal with the most powerful nation on the planet and our closest alley, seems like a no brainer to me.
It is typical that the likes of Khan, Corbyn and Cable are so full of sneerly comments about Trump, but when it comes to having clear ideas about the way forwards for the Country, they have nothing to say or unclear. Little wonder that we are where we are at, in a state of limbo. :thumbsdow
I see the inevitable demise of Change UK has begun before it has even fought its first Westminister seat. Now that Anna Soubry has taken charge, I'm sure that process will be even more quicker.:wacko:
For those not familiar with Changes UK's policies, this presentation at a recent party rally I think sums it up quite well.Quote:
Change UK splits as six of 11 MPs become independents
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-48515505
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
Lmfao. What a bunch of worthless idiots. Not surprisingly they are splitting either as it's the party of egomaniacs obsessed with personal power.
Labour needs a new leader even if it is a clone of Blair.
LOL at Change UK, their only policy seems to be running away from difficult situations.
So all the UK's pensioners with chronic conditions, who are uninsurable are supposed to do whast exactly? Die?. This would be a gamechanger come a general election, remember what happened to May and her dementia tax.
