It's Collegiate Church of St. Bartholomew. The baptismal font is by Renier de Huy.
Correct, it's St. Bartholomew in Liège. The font is probably the most precious and famous asset of the church.

It is indeed Schaloen castle in Valkenburg, took that picture when I went for a walk there on sunday. The reason I asked for the specific castle as well is because there are like 5 or 6 castles in and around Valkenburg.
Looks like the Canadian flag on the building and its architecture reminds me a bit of Quebec's castle but I can't find anything that looks like this in the major Canadian cities.
