Hellenistic Poleis / Pergamon campaign questions

Hi! I'm having a really fun campaign with Pergamon, I remember seeing a map of the location of the different levels of Hellenistic poleis but I can't find it, does anyone have it?

And can anyone from the team explain what does the military reform building do?

If you mean the reformed Hellenistic Colony, it removes pike phalanxes. So not worth it unless you want more of the other types of units they provide.
