Re: Post Your Screenshots
My Europa Barbarorum 2 campaign as Epeiros!
First moved against Thermon, and then as Makedonia besieged Epidamnos (which i lost for a few turns) Pyrrhus went towards Demetria and later recaptured Epidamnos. Plan was to hold on and get an alliance with the Ptolemaioi against Makedon and try to get peace with Koinon Hellenon, but they besieged Thermon while the romans besieged Taras. Pyrrhus decided to relieve Thermon and advance towards Korinthos, capturing it in the process, while he negotiated a truce with Carthage and tried to get some support against Rome, which did not happen so Taras was for now at least temporally out of the equation. Koinon Hellenon tried to invade Thermon again, so Pyrrhus pushed forward with his depleted army and sacked Athens after a large battle, which is now controlled by puppet governors.
With the victory in Athens and a few seasons of relative peace, even though Makedon still threatned Epeirote territory, Pyrrhus received word of a large expedition of both Rhodes and Sparte against the Ptolemaioi, with a request from assistance from them. Pyrrhus quickly seizing the opportunity and left Greece in a expedition towards Kyrene.
The moment Antigonus Gonatas heard of Pyrrhus expedition, he invaded and tried to recapture Demetrias twice.
(2 different battles below)
Kyrene was captured quickly, and Pyrrhus negotiated with the Ptolemaioi to annex it permanently, and in exchange he would recapture all the other regions Sparte and Rhodes captured and return them to their rightful owners, while promising further aid as well against Arche Seleukeia in Cyprus and near Gaza.
Pyrrhus met with the major Koinon Hellenon army in a pitched battle halfway between Alexandria and Kyrene.
After this battle, there wasnt much left of Koinon Hellenon presence in north africa, and Pyrrhus decided to return to Greece, but just before he received word of Taras rebelling against the roman occupation, they completely drove off them from the city, and have pledged their city openly to Pyrrhus, requesting as much aid as he could give. Pyrrhus gave much thought, and decided instead of going to Greece to perhaps finish once and for all the makedon and sparte threats, he sent his quite depleted army towards Magna Graecia.

Hm yeah all the other climates seems quite awesome in EB 2 but the normal grasslands one. Would it be possible to just switch that one?

Btw, somewhere I read the mod is only halfway done. What things are not done yet?
Re: Post Your Screenshots

Re: Post Your Screenshots

Re: Post Your Screenshots
Actually there are only 170 entries left in EDU, that means we're using 330 unit slots atm.
Re: Post Your Screenshots
So there will be still many new units. Great to hear it.

Placeholders and client rulers, I guess?
Re: Post Your Screenshots
I'm not sure if there are any placeholders left, if so then maybe 4-5 only. No idea, just look into EDU :)
Re: Post Your Screenshots
The galatian styled infantry is a placeholder, not sure about many others
