SS 6.4 - Rebels' Turn Crash
Hello. Sorry if I'm doing something inappropriately here, I've just joined. I assume here is where crash reports go.
I am playing as the Roman Empire (aka Byzantium), early campaign, and I have already won the game, but I have continued playing because I want to see how my limes on the River Tigris will hold against the Timurids. I had crashes during the Rebels' turn before (and before winning the campaign) but I fixed them by either 1) turning real recruitment off, or 2) removing all buildings about to be completed from the queue and then completing them via process_cq next turn, or 3) disabling the AI just before the Rebels' turn. However, this time, none of that works. I am running the game in Windows 7 mode (I have W 7) and as administrator. Here are the details in short, the report and the saved game:

I've been browsing these forums a bit and apparently I should have posted this there. Sorry for that, I hope it isn't a huge deal. I'm still struggling to find the edit post button, so I'll leave my post scriptum here. I have installed the latest patch for SS that I found here, but the only change was that the Teutonic Order was destroyed upon the game load, and the game still crashed during the Rebels' turn.

Did you find a Resolution? I wasn't able to locate your other post per the matter, however I am having a Similar Issue in a Late Era Campaign and I also have done some reading on the Turn Related Crashes (to Desktop)(mine with an Error Message) and have went back Multiple Turns and 'done things differently' as one Poster Here (or elsewhere) instructed.
Faction: Kingdom of Sicily
Campaign: Late Era
Features: Permanent Watch Towers, Weaker Heretics, Two Turns Per Year
Turn Number: 115 - 117 (the Issue First Started at Turn 117 however I recently loaded up an Earlier Saved Game and now the CTD is happening at Different Points during the AI's turn 115 during Different Factions Turn.)

Some other things I have Tried, I have ran multiple Diagnostic both for Performance and Virus/Malware. I have Defragmented my Hard Drives Multiple Times. I have went back and loaded to game on Lesser Graphical Settings and replayed the Turns. I'll be back with my Error Report but Please Advise where I might go for a Fix to this Issue, from my Reading I have gleamed that it not an Uncommon One but I am not Sure just how far I need to Go Back and Replay Turns to Solve this per the 'Do things Differently' workaround and I would rather have some piece of mind that if in fact I do make it past turn 117 that this same 'Bug' won't rear it's Ugly Head during Turn 127. Thank You.

There was indeed another development that I originally missed after I had installed the latest patches including Meloo's fix. Whenever I hovered my camera over a Rebel settlement, kingdoms.exe would crash. Here's my other thread about it, where you can find more detail. You can find your crash report log in your M2TW folder (not SS folder). It is called system.log.txt. I think there's something wrong with the Rebel faction, but I am not computer-smart enough to figure out what. Weekend's coming, hopefully our posts will catch the attention of the big guys here.
Btw, I think it would be polite towards the people who keep this website running to continue this discussion in my second thread, the one which I linked, instead of here. Apparently this subforum is not for CTD reports, which I didn't know at the time when I posted.
