Rommu prison in Estonia (sorry Lol, but it seems nobody else is bothering, this one was easy to find :) )
Yea, I feared it might be a bit too difficult because it's a pretty nondescript building in the middle of nowhere in Estonia but I googled "ruined building in lake" and it was the third result in google images so no problems there:P. Pretty weird place, we stumbled upon it by pure chance on a student trip a few years back and stopped mainly because of the odd-looking hill next to it if I remember correctly. The village consisted of a few desolate Soviet flats, the prison was abandoned but inaccessable and the partially submerged buildings were apparently part of a quarry.
Over to you again.:)
Maybe I was just lucky. The watchtowers on the wall clearly point to a prison. Submerged buildings often point to a reservoir. For the landscape and forest type my best guess was that it had to be a place in the very north of Eurasia. I googled 'prison', 'reservoir', 'arctic'. Whether applicable or not, the view turned up a lot in the search results!
