I wouldn't use the term "Pyrrhic Victory" for a correct guess at this point.
Can you tell where that monument is located?
So, do I win this?
It's the ancient theater of Dodona in Epirus, Muizer's pyrrhic victory remark was a play on that.
aye, tbh I think we've got too few participants to keep this going :(
IIRC pyrrhic victories were achieved in Italy, so I missed the play.
Ancient theater at Dodona is correct, lol may have the ground, unless we choose to close this down.
I believe this marvelous building is near Athens, Greece.
I'd like to keep this going if possible
Be my guest, I don't think I currently have any good pics to use so if anyone has one they are free to post it. I'll even rep you for it.:P
Alright, not 100% on the quality, but shouldn't be too hard

It's in Asia or somewhere in Chinatown.
Asia is correct, the symbols should give an indication of the country
Yasaka Shrine in Japan

I know that one, Holmes' "murder castle", Chicago.
Correct. Suspiciously quickly, if I might say so?
Bit of a fan of his work, are we?
I did recently happen to read an article about peculiar serial killer cases...the image of the building did ring a bell.
Nah... he was caught, wasn't he?
And what's with all those cannibals preferring women and children?
Any butcher worth his salt will assure you the best tasting meat in any species is that of old males:
It's not by accident that old people are called "seasoned".
I believe they are called seasoned on account of how bitter and salty they are.
