Re: UNIT Size ,, check this pic out
You can edit the game files to allow bigger unit sizes, althoug there is a limit.
Re: UNIT Size ,, check this pic out
Actually I was unaware that it was allowed to have more than 243 men..
First time I see this
Re: UNIT Size ,, check this pic out
this is because the cohorts are like a peasant unit but they are stronger and dont rout as easy
(i think peasants have a hard-coded limit of 80)
Re: UNIT Size ,, check this pic out
what? i tried that before, but they didn't allow me to have more than 243 men. how's possible?
Re: UNIT Size ,, check this pic out
Those are first cohorts... ;)
Re: UNIT Size ,, check this pic out
That battle must slow your computer down... a lot.
Re: UNIT Size ,, check this pic out
There was also a bug in the campaign where you could cue up a unit that had lost men for retraining, but then combine that unit with another: You'd have a full unit, but you would still get the men from the retraining. You could get 400+ men units, but if you went over 500 the game started getting unstable when you fought battles with those units.
Re: UNIT Size ,, check this pic out
There are different unit sizes. For example, cavalry units have less men, while peasants and some infantry have more. Some cohort units have more than the standard number.
