What was the state of the Nuraghic forts during the third century BC?
I have been researching about this topic and while I found a good variety of sites: http://www.initaly.com/regions/sardinia/nuraghe.htm
https://www.sardegnaturismo.it/en/it...toric-sardinia https://www.sardegnaturismo.it/en/ex...uraghe-arrubiu
https://www.italymagazine.com/dual-l...erious-nuraghi
But I don't know if they were still intact by the third and second century BC or if they were already ruins. Does someone know?

The building for the Nuraghic forts in game state they are still in use, providing shelter for the natives in times of crisis. They survived into "later Roman times" and became "centers of festivals and cults." The effects description states that you get both trade and unrest, so presumably the forts still had attached settlements and inhabitants.
Admittedly there are no citations in that passage. Still, hope that helps.
