Hello all,
I need volunteers who are familiar with the use of notepad, and have about an hour on their hands to help out the mod by doing some very valuable work, which is easy but time consuming.
I also need help from anyone who has skill with photoshop, to help with unit cards.

Whether or not other people can play it will be up to Badger-Dude of course, if he didn't have a problem with it then I'd gladly give all of you something to mess around with while waiting for the main mod to be released.

Probably within the month, but do not hold me to that.
I have recruited a few people to help with ancillaries and playtesting. I need to play a few games to try and balance things.

noice, but if they a RK guards, why do they use all the house sigils (also joffers, which wouldnt exist at this point?).

They are merely work in progress. As such, they are currently using the normal 'House Baratheon of the CL' pavise shield until such time as we can get a uniform pavise skin for them. The same applies for the Dragonstone infantry - I'd like any Dragonstone troops to have darker armour. That bright armour will serve better for an Oldtown Guardsmen unit. I would like the RK guard to have a red tinge in their armour, a similar shade to the 'Heavy' Lannister armour in the HBO Game of Thrones series.
I always assumed that when Robert married Cersei, the Royal arms became the same one as those later used under Joffrey.

Roberts banner was a crowned stag. Anyway, I'm in about turn 20 of my Robert Baratheon campaign and I've got a son called Lester who is 2 years old. I've killed both Joffrey and Tommen, so my question is, if Lester will be "my" son (a true born Baratheon) or another spawn of incest. I was hoping he'd be true born and I planned on making him my heir (that's why I killed Joff and Tommen)

what about making permanent stone forts and removing the optin to build forts, it would help very much for hotseats and remove the annoying things that forsts often create

We do not know enough about Aegon. If he is not who he says he is, then we'd need a new faction. Which means new Battle_models, unitcards, and lots of other changes.

Only 2 majorish battles in the book happened in the field though (I think at least. Green Fork and Whispering Wood). The other ones were all around settlements/camps (forts in TW talk).
