The Gentleman's Smokers Room is an exclusive club for members of the community who are above the age of 35 years of age. Computer games is an industry where the consumer is dominated by the younger crowd. The wiser elder segment of society are often an extreme minority. While we have a lot to offer the community, it is also nice to able to discuss things with someone with a more common background. The group will be an open topic group; no restrictions. Just a bunch guys sitting around chatting and sharing. The group can be a means of convenience as well. By joining the group, other elder players will be able to identify other like individuals. This is the mancave.
Some may have the believe that in some way or another, there may be a major even in which our normal lives will change for worse. They prepare for the worst by self reliance, acquiring knowledge and skills and ready themselves for tough situations.
Some may want to restore part of the past - skills and knowledge which can only be defined as the art of manliness. Something which may slowly be disappearing.
Some may be what they call the 'bushmen'. The modern bushman is somewhat a myth seeing as their skills are often to badass to be believable.
You dont have to be an expert. The willingness to share and learn is enough.
If its unconventional and awesome. It belongs here
