    Powellism is the name given to the ideology of the brilliant English statesman Enoch Powell.



    Powellism can be briefly be described as a blend of Libertarian & Tory political philosophy. It advocates for; liberal social values, national sovereignty, opposition to mass immigration and a non-interventionalist foreign policy.



    Throughout his time as a Member of Parliament, and in the minds of many today, he was often regarded as a man of the far-right and a racist, however this is completely wrong. Many people forget that Enoch voted for the decriminalization of homosexuality, he bitterly opposed the death penalty and described corporal punishment in schools as "utterly repugnant". Whilst his speeches on immigration have gained notoriety for their bluntness and some might accuse him of xenophobia yet to do this it to misjudge his character. Powell was a well-traveled, well-educated man and speaker of a dozen languages. Enoch's criticisms of immigration were not provoked by the colour of people's skin but by his analytical approach to the consequences of immigration on so large a scale. We can see to-day that he was right.

    He will be missed by all, exclude the CIA, the Venezuelan will cries to tears, the Americans will laugh that their cancer ray gun and earthquake had worked, and the rest of the world will never be the same.

    Armed with Shummite philosophy, the Shummite Empire represents the secular order of the Shummites. Unlike the Shummite Monks, Shummite Reichsfürsten (Lords of the Shummite Empire) actively promote the wisdom of SHUM, in order to Shummize all of this Glorious Nation of Total War Center, thus transforming it into the Shummite Empire.



    The Shummite Empire is administered by various lords, each responsible for the Imperialization (Kominka, 皇民化) of a different section of Total War Center. These fiefs are assigned by the Shummite Emperor, or Kaiser.



    Unlike other empires, the Shummite Empire is a great philosophical order. The philosophical beings that they are, Shummites strive for a better understanding of themselves and the world. But they do not stop there. All philosophical acquisitions are put into practice. All Imperial Shummite actions are guided by philosophical knowledge, the highest work of the Mind. Thus, our mission to Imperialize all of Total War Center means imbuing all others with Shummite philosophy, thus making them true subjects of the Shummite Movement. Yes, our Reich is a movement rather than a static entity. Shummites must incessantly philosophize and seek an understanding of things. Our quest, hence, is the most divine quest any Mind will ever engage in. We are Shummites.



    All Lords of the Shummite Empire are expected to behave properly, abide by the ToS, and avoid incurring infractions. If the Kaiser finds that a Lord does not live up to these standards, he may strip the offender of his titles and banish him.
