One problem i've noticed with the smaller dragons (and to a lesser extent the spider and wolves) is that when facing a unit with small numbers, or a unit that has been weakened down to low numbers but hasnt ran, the dragons get slaughtered. This is due to them having difficuty attacking small numbers of troops, as they mostly just charge past them, leaving themselves vulnerable.

I will check it out, I think I already know what the problem is.

Also, as I have sead before i believe the matriachs are too weak to spears. A single unit of tier 1 rohan spearmen can beat the wolf, spider and the smaller dragon patriach/matriachs in one on ones. I understand why they would be weak to spears, but for the sake of balance their weakness to spears should be lessened, or defeating them will be too easy.

I'm going to have to ask someone else how to fix the whole "spears work too well, and axes don't work at all problem" with some of the creatures. I'm pretty sure it has to do with the unit radius and tusk radius, but I don't feel like spending my time actually figuring it out. I will probably ask point black when I get a chance, seeing as his mod is mostly stat changes.

Can you guys/gals make a list of which units have this problem? Or is it all of the creatures that jump attack?

all the creatures that jump attack i think, though i havent tested all of them so i cant be sure

I appologise for the lack of testing recently, but heres some:

The sand drake chieftain is underpowered at the moment, it faced off against one unit of eorling swordsmen with the help of a red drake and still died.

Alos the red drake has a problem facing single men, when trying to attack a person on their own it just walks into them continuously, knocking them along without doing any real damage to them.

Also the campaign is great, but perhaps some of the closer ruins and caves to starting areas should have a big less mobs in them? I gathered all my golbin armies together and still got owned by a large amount of wargs in a ruin.

    Thanks for the feedback.

The campaign is nowhere near finished, I just set up the starting positions and made some pathetic attempts at scripting seeing as the rebel spawns aren't working. In the next release all factions will start with more units and of various types, in line with lore and realism. So with a larger starting force those pesky critters will be easier to beat, but you will still have smaller bands of rebels in the region to deal with.
