Totally agree with the description of this group. MTW is by far a superior game to all other TW games, lacking only in graphics and compatibility and some other small things! Please CA/SEGA/WHOEVER, give us Win7/XP/Vista compatibility and let us run this fantastic game.
It's Nvidia 8/9000 series cards that have this problem. I am forced to run it on my laptop, but I know not everyone has this option. Great group, thanks for the invite whoever made it.
I totally agree with the declaration of this group. MTW was so good that I completed the game once with every faction and twice with Denmark becuase of their kick ass outro, something I could never be bothered to do with any other game in the series I could run the game up until a year ago when I bought my new Vista laptop that have NVIDIA GeForce 9650M GT inside it's, when I got bored of ETW after 2 weeks (and I didn't even play it intensly more than a couple of days ) I decided to try re-installing good old MTW again and do a REAL campaign, to my terror the installer didn't even get past the greet screen. So yeah this motion got my full support, I would send my copy of ETW to the needy in Haiti if CA would just release fix. Anyone know where the breaking point is for PC that can play it and a PC that's too new?
I saw the pictures and almost cried, I miss that game so much it was a true total war game, now all CA do is improve the graphics and hope everyone will think they are so good no one will notice all the problems with the AI. MTW wasn't like this, it may have inferior graphics but as for realism and fun playing it, it is so much better. I wish I could play it now
