Scripting and Coding
So, i will help you with Scripting and Coding stuff as good as i can. Especially in the Coding-Direction iīm not in every direction well-experienced (2D/3D and that things). But i can script (see Fellowship ) and so... tell me what i should do and i will do it Maybe the communication is better over this Thread/Group than over PMīs.
I am very familiar with coding myself, though I just started learning the code for this game. I plan to finish the units, then implement them to custom battles, either as their own faction or added to another just for battle testing. But I still need to play TATW 2.0 and get a feel for what has changed, which I may not have a chance to do until Sunday at the earliest I have been so busy this week. Once I get everything setup I will invite some experienced peeps into this group for some testing and criticism. So as of now there may not be anything for you to do as I can do the basic coding myself, so I probably will not need your skills until I start working on the campaign. Then there will be plenty of work and/or questions that I will have for you.
Ahh, okay. No problem. If you need help anytime, i'm only a PM away. For example i can script you some Invasions and such things, if you want.
Yes, I will definitely need help with scripting, it is certainly not my strong point.

I can't write any scripts myself, but I know a lot about what's possible and I can make traits, ancillaries and triggers. I'm not really good at unit coding, though I understand the basics. But you're probably taking care of the unit coding yourself?
I will code them all into the game and get them set-up in factions and whatnot, but I will need some help adding the units all over the campaign map. Amon Amarth is adding settlements and regions to the map, and a bunch of other coding stuff. Scripts, traits, ancillaries and triggers, etc. I did not plan on working on personally, I don't feel like learning how, so please do help out in whatever way you wish. If you need ideas feel free to ask me, I am full of them.
Actual I donīt need help with scripting and coding stuff like Ancillaries and Traits, it should be easy and not soooo difficult. But if we arrange that exactly you can help with Traits and Ancillaries - as long as I donīt make them self when I combined them with the script.

I sent you the file. The coordinates in the text box are the settlement locations, and the new settlement names are typed in last. You can just leave the region names the same if you want, up to you.
Can you change the settlements named 'camp' into 'ruins' or something like that? I will draw up some more regions in the far north for the fire drakes and a few other small regions towards the middle of the map too. That should give us plenty of room to do whatever we want.
