Making promises before elections might get you in office, but the people don't like broken promises. remeber however, that most senators want stability and to make money. always being the revolutionary does not make you popular. bribes are typical during elections, The Centuriate Assembly elects consuls/praetor/aedilies - all factions have a say. The plebeian Assembly elects tirbunes - restricted factions.
