Ships will be in the game after all, due to the existence of massive roaring rivers the size of the Mississippi. But only in the most basic sense. There won't be ship types. Just "ships".
How about sea monsters? Like the watcher in the water? And sea dragons?
We're not doing that for obvious reasons.
Lol darn . Don't tell me you didn't imagine a huge kracken like creature eating a ship .
Morgoth's forces never used ships due to their fear of Ulmo.
He subverted one of Ulmo's lieutenants and there were numerous sea monsters at his command.
However Osse repented and went back.
Yes eventually but he did turncoat and he still doesn't fully follow orders. Sea monsters aren't ships.
There are no particular references to sea monsters. [Don't say the Watcher, because we have no idea of what it is.]
Just leave it Roma.
I'm simply discussing lore. I'm not advocating it be put in the game. There are references to sea dragons, http://lotr.wikia.com/wiki/Sea-serpents
AHHH! Don't link to that wiki!
Why?
It mentions sea monsters and dragons.
Because it isn't very recommendable; Tolkien's Gateway is better
This isn't the place to discuss lore.
That's it; I'm making a new discussion for lore. You guys are taking up too much space in other discussions. From now on, dump your lore-arguing needs in there.
