But the evil players need a pristine record (ironically) and need to be very trustworthy, to follow the plan set up by the mods.
I'm am with Roma. I don't really like the good factions in tolkins work. I will proabally let other people chose factions first and take one of the left over ones now. Either that or I'll play a more neutral faction. Not many if those though. An evil faction player would most likely follow Morgoths orders and maybe raid a little on there own. If they can't do that then I see a problem. I would propose we test evil factions first. If they don't work out mods can replace them with npcs.
@Gandalf, I have already told Bastard Feudalism that I would follow Morgoth's orders and perhaps raid a time or to. If the evil playera get out if hand replace them on an individual basis with NPCs. I suggest we at least try it before its toatally thrown out. Certain rules and restrictions are of course necessary to keep them from being abused.
Trot, BF's word is final. No evil factions. Same with you, Roma.
Well fine. You could've been a bit more polite or diplomatic.
When it comes to moderation stuff, I prefer to be blunt. That may come across as a little... aggressive, and for that I apologize. In normal circumstances, I'm usually quite polite.
I'm hoping the Easterlings will be possible. If not that I'm not sure.
This is my final decision, and I apologize for changing my policy several times. We will do a trial for the players allowed to be evil. Same old rules apply. No higher-ups, etc. Restraint. All that stuff. However, you will not complain, whine, or fight, if in the end we decide it is better to go with NPCs. Have I made myself clear?
I don't know. I don't like easterlings as much as orcs
That last post was before f's. By no fighting I assume you mean with mods because its hard to play an evil faction with out ever fighting the good guys.
Yes, I mean: Don't complain or try to argue with us if we decide to remove you.
Thank you BF. So would Glaurung still be included in this policy?
Yes.
Will do mate.
