I would generally suggest every faction to allow the most choices for a player when it comes to claiming Kingship.

As for Kingslayer, I suggested a script for the sacking of Kings Landing. If KL is sacked, Jamie as a anc has an event that kills Aerys and then Jamie the general pops up for the Lannisters like he is Aergon on turn 70 for Gondor.

For Lyanna, I suggested a few months ago we make her our version of the one ring from Third Age. She is an anc and pops up with either Rhaegar or Arthur Dayne. Kill the General that has her and she attaches to the killing General. Depending on what faction you are the conditions differ on what you have to do with her. If you are Stark, you take her back to Winterfell for some bonus. If you are Robert it gives super bonus. ect ect.

i suppose all factions would allow more choice, but it just dosnt seem right. i suppose i could make it so that all people controlled factions can claim kingship but if it is the computer then only robert will.

your jaime script idea sounds quite good, but i suppose that means he wont be a general for targs. also only if it is sacked? or for all options?

i think that if eddard for example conquered kings landing and didnt harm the peasants aery's would still try to burn down kingslanding forcing jaime to kill him

for kingship i think the best option would be to have the 4 rebel factions and the 2 neutral factions able to claim kingship at any time but the 5 loyalist factions only after house Targaryen is dead.

Jamie shouldnt be a general for the targs anyway and only a anc for Aerys because Aerys never let him leave his side. If it is sacked or if Aerys dies and Lannisters are still alive. The idea being

that a taking of KL, regardless of who it is would still lead Aerys to try and burn the city. Eddard actually was the reason Aerys was going to burn it because they knew of the Trident and Eddard rushing to KL. Tywin comming was a shock to Aryes.

I like the Kingship idea for the loayist factions.
