Middle Ages jurists had seen in The Roman Law , as it was known through The Corpus Juris Civilis ( Justinian) , a perfect build , impossible to overcome by the juridical human thinking and ,therefore , an eternal one. Does it illustrates the way in which the law , in general, emerges and evolves due to its long period of forming ?
