So, I went to a place called Snow's BBQ in Lexington, Texas today. Probably the best brisket I've ever had from a restaurant. What's everyone else's favorite BBQ place (please put the location, too)? Doesn't matter if it's a chain or single store establishment.
For me, I thoroughly enjoy the new up and coming Cooper's chain. But the best BBQ I ever ate was at the Salt Lick in Driftwood. Celebrities eat at that joint!
Cooper's is awesome. I love going in there and having to buy my meat by the pound!
