Concerning the SPL law below. 1. SPL The Sea Passage Law means that if a ship from other Council members wants to pass through, the owner can't refuse the right of passage without proper reason. The nation that wants to pass though must say where he/she is heading. If the given information turns out to be a lie further passage can be denied. Who decides if the if the reason is not good enough to deny passage? I personally thought I had a valid rteason to pass through the Golden Horn. Lusitania had threatened my ally so I was going to attack a rebel region near them, I was not declaring war on someone or making any threats, I was simply watching out for an ally. However according to The Immortal Emperor attacking a rebel region was a good enough reason to block my passage.
I only made 1 threat, like that threat had a reason and that reason did not happen, so i withdrew, you sir are desperate to get in a war aren't you?
The High Chancellor decides
@Rarity Nope the high chancellor don't make decisions. The High Chancellor gives oppurtunity for the council to take desicions.
How long does High Chancellors term last? If a lifetime, what desides how long he lives? If I recall, there is one king who is around 250 years old..
My point was only that it is silly for Immortal to decide what counts as a just reason if it is his lands I am passing through. And that is funny coming from you Misterious considering you threatened to execute the imaginary Caspian citizens in your lands. If I wanted a war with you there would be a war, the councel would not be able to stop me on that.
I gave a "...proper reason..." as to why you were not allowed to pass through. The Aegean Sea is Imperial territory and to allow an non allied army to waltz into my territory without any justified reason is unacceptable. That is my reason.
@ Rero If the High Chancellor can't make those decisions asking passage will take ages. It would be better for gameplay if the High Chancellor could. The High Chancellor term is 10 turns @ Derpy that's no real reason
Preventing a war then was a good reason but if i wish to go through you can not stop me based simply on my actions before entering the UC or based on me not being your ally. If you do try that I will simply conquer the lands and go through then.
