1. SPL The Sea Passage Law means that if a ship from other Council members wants to pass through, the owner can't refuse the right of passage without proper reason. The nation that wants to pass though must say where he/she is heading. If the given information turns out to be a lie further passage can be denied. 2. LoG The Law of Genocide forbids United Council members any froms of genocidal actions to his or her subjects. Any violation of this rule will result in severe punishment, for instance excommunication out of the Council. If one continues to violate this rule it will result in a march called against the nation. 3. LoA The Law of Assassination forbids United Council members to assassinate eachother. Assassination will only be allowed when nations are at war. 4. ESM The Extreme Situation March will give United Council members the option to call a march on a nation. This nation can't be in the Council. The High Chancellor will review the case and decides if a march is called. 5. CL The Claiming Law forbids people to threaten people to leave some regions for them. Claims are forbidden when: you can't attack it in two turns if the region in question can be described as a colony If members still keep claiming no action shall be taken, BUT when war is declared about it the nation in question shall be punished.
