For real guys? This sounds like something straight outta those grim dark fan fiction from Equestria Daily (theres a few war ones xD). Nevertheless i know everything that anybrony put their best in will be a work of awesome. Faction ideas: Principality of Equestria, Griffin confederacy, the diamond dog tribes, Bision Chiefdom (wiki say its a word), free inhabitants of the everfree forest and The Zebra empire. Emmergent faction: The New Lunar Republic and Pika Khanate (as the mongols)
what about Fillydelphia? That's another town mentioned, I believe
