How about this - if someone's prestige reaches 250, they'll still win. However, we'll keep playing until someone reaches 100 regions, they'll come in second place and then the game will end. That way we can still play the 'full' amount of the game, and should someone have lots of cities that bring victory too quickly, the game won't have ended too soon.

^Don't really care. Another proposal. The GM does an extra roll every turn. If it turns up 6, a random event is rolled for. The current system of having a "random" event every 5 turns is getting somewhat stale.

Every 5 turns the GM will roll to determine if there will be a random event. If it is a [1], [2], or [3] there will not be a random event. If it is a [4], [5], or [6] there will be a random event and the GM will roll to determine what it is. The affect will last only for that 1 turn."

I support the random event one, but I'm not sure I understood correctly the second one, probably because I don't know much about the current victory conditions: In order to win, do you have to get 100 regions, 200 prestige or both?
There is two victory the prestige or the 100 region. With the prestige one we can continue the game, with the region one I think the game ends/
Hibernian, the first person to have 100 regions or 250 prestige wins, but because prestige is quicker, the proposal is for the game to continue until the runner up (i.e the person with the most regions) reaches 100. If 100 regions are reached first, then the game will end without the lead prestige person having 250.
