I don't think there would be any violence in Jerusalem itself.
Not the actual crossfire, he just doesn't want to get blown up in a bus.
I'm with you in that. Wouldn't want to die when going to see the Sepulcher!
Ya, you would be joining the thousands of pilgrims who died during the crusades.
Well if you say: "I'm dying to see the Sepulcher." You get what's coming to ya
Welcome to all new members!
Yea, good thing i ain't 'dying' to see it. I'm 'living' to see it. Maybe in the next few years when Israel conquers Palestine. Thank you neo.
a trip to Jerusalem is definitely on my to do list.
Mine too once I can afford it.
uh huh... although i may not agree with pericles_platos wish on seeing israel conquer palestine
Israel already conquered Palestine. They just gave it back. Along with the Sinai peninsula.
well... Isreal politics...
Idk i guess that would be one more step towards unification of the east in a way.
Anyway, the Church of the Holy Sepulcher is even better inside than outside. It's hard to describe, but i'd say it was very golden. Alot of very old but beautiful art.
cant wait to be able to see it!
I'd like to see the Krak des Chevaliers and the city of Acre too Next year I'm visiting the Temple Church in London.
Nice. Main place I want to visit is where Jesus was crucified. All around the city basically. Though i would like to see the holy temple rebuilt. Mosque in the way.
Isn't that the chorch of the Holy Sepulcher, or is that just where he was buried? If so, do we know and have marrked were he was crucified.
i heard that because the Christians were fighting over who would have the keys to the Holy Sepulcher so much that they decided to give it to a Muslim family who to this day open it in the morning and close it at night... does anyone know if this is true?
