Trials and questions are part of the human experience. Doubt and rejection are also part of it. Nevertheless, even as I've experienced such trials, I've always come back to my center. It's usually hard to loose faith when you have a sister with two terminal diseases that's far surpassed her original live expectency and is healthier now than ever before. That, and when you've had a friend who's nearly died... twice. Once by getting his neck broken in a pool (was told he'd either die or become a quadraplegic), and the other, surviving a motorcycle wreck at 50 mph without a single broken bone (He flew 60 feet, and the first person to get to him was an off-duty paramedic, right next to a firestation). That, and living in a Foursquare Pentecostal Church is always interesting.
Danny that happened to me when i first say an argument disproving Christianity i read what they had to say and it and it made sense then i slept on it and decided who cares i know what i believe in is true along with a couple other billion
HEY EVERYBODY IN THIS GROUP: I COULD REALLY USE SOME SUPPORT IN MY THREAD ON THE EMM FORUM: A CASE FOR THEISM Anyways, I know that it's kinda futile, since the EMM forum is basically an Atheist's Old Boy's Club, but I thought I'd try it out. I basically dumped a huge essay into this thread. I cannot hope to debate each of the many topics I have discussed. So if a few guys could help me out, that'd be great. Yeah... Whether we like it or not, they're a growing group. Atheism is on the rise. I have no doubt that this is in accordance to Satan's plans of deception.
