Right we need and overseer, and rank structure.
As I have said I would be happy to be overseer. Mattgoby doesn't want to and Lord Cutler Beckett can't. Does Ascarona or Napo wan't to be overseer?
I'm undecided right now, but remember the Overseer with moderate the clan, not actually lead it. So if you want to actually lead the clan, then don't go for Overseer.
Can't, zero to none experience with NW, I joined so I could get in a regiment and get some experience. I did however, run the official TWC World of Tanks clan for a year. So I do have some experience in leading department. If anyone would be willing to assist me in combat duties, I'll sign up for Overseer.
Anyone else had NW experience? I have experience on both the older Mount and Musket and Napoleonic.
I have had little experience with Warband but more with Napoleonic wars.
I've got quite alot of experience with Napoleonic wars, so i'd probably be more interested in being an officer of high rank.
I'll opt out of Overseer so it's Harvester and matt.

I wouldn't mind being overseer since I really won't be able to play much. Also no one has stepped up for the position of clan leader, and that will be more important for the day to day of the clan.

I can easily be overseer. I have experience with NW (Lot's of it) and how clans work and operate within it.
Having experience with NW has nothing to do with being an overseer, the clan leader is the person that needs the experience.
And anyway Poach said that it wouldn't be suitable for you to fill the position of overseer.

I don't have exp in the NW but I played fire and sword quite a bit. I could be an officer at the most then.
For rank structure, I think it is normally dependent mainly on what faction you'd "base" the clan off of. So you've got like 5 choices there
