Romania is amongst the four European Union nations (the others being Slovakia, Spain and Cyprus) which do not recognise the existance or the independence of Kosovo. Kosovo is like Switzerland/Rep Moldova/Transnistria etc..an artificial state. Made by NATO ,to weaken Serbia. Once Serbia was very powerful,and very nationalist.And the americans didn t like it...
