This shall start with a voting about the Sea Passage Law (SPL) The law can be found under the discussion: Rules The voting will go as followed: Members send a PM with an acceptance or a decline to ✧Rarity✧. The High Chancellor will count the votes. If a member thinks the Chancellor is a fraud, the Chancellor will quote all votes. The representative from the Immortal Empire wants to remind other UC members that this law is the equivalent to having an army march through your lands without the approval of the head of state. This law would compromise everyone's sovereignty. If this law does pass, the Imperialist representative proposes that there should be a session (make a new thread in this group) on the details of what this law should entail.
