Friends I want everyone who is serious about praying for atheists and agnostics to come to believe in God, to give suggestions we might all follow. I badly want this group and its life to spill into the average life of every member. If you are Catholic and are about to eat alone, bless your food by saying: "Bless us all, O Lord, especially the atheists, and bless these thy gifts, that by partaking of them, I may offer the joy of eating for those in the shadow. Through Jesus Christ our Lord. AMEN." Offering rosaries, Jesus-Prayer-ropes, or cycles of Our Fathers, would be lovely. Please actually do this: they need prayers more than anything, for they have shown by their hardened hearts that they will not be convinced by even the most simple reasoning.
But remember, that the CCC states that those who are so stupid that they cannot even believe in God (i.e. Richard Dawkins) will not be punished for it. The problem is those who simply refuse to accept the obviousness of God and His Holy Church.
