Well for one thing I can own a Gun and more or less not have to do anything to get one but pay for it. I love religious freedom (although I'm not exempt from Religious Prejudice) and freedom of speech. I hate that the democrats are trying to turn America into Socialist Europe though. Also in america we have the right to be stupid. We can do anything we want, even though we'll suffer consequences for doing so!
America is wonderful because even though it isn't completely free, its still the most free country on the planet, so WHOO HOO! Take that, England with your funny accent and evil royalty... -Why did I add this, you ask? Because its cool.

I have always wondered about the answer to this ? since i've never been to another country. So i asked a very good friend of mine(who was born in Sicily) if i could make as good a living being a truck driver in Italy as i could here. He responded " no way." I wouldn't make a 1/4 of what i make here, but then again it doesn't cost much to live there. So i guess from that standpoint, that's one great thing about OUR country. Unfortunately, if these liberal scumbags have their way with this land - " we are doomed! "
I'm a centrist, so to me it's "if anyone gets their way, we're doomed!" To elaborate... If the liberals get their way, we'll be screwed over by conservatives after the next election. If the conservatives get their way, we'll be screwed over by liberals after the next election. Unfortunately, if no one gets their way, we'll be screwed over by the banks come August. There is no way to interpret your post, your not making any sense! You obviously do not understand that there is huge difference between a true conservative and a republican. The same way there is a big difference between a liberal and a democrat. I know, I was a lifelong democrat(but never a liberal, only democrat because of my Teamster roots) until I realized recently, that they are not for freedom and liberty, they believe only in the power of big, fat, bloated government, that is in every aspect of our lives.I do not believe that is the way " The Founding Fathers " intended this country to be. Your comment on the banks is pretty silly also, I think you have watched the movie ' wall street-2' too many times.
Never heard of that movie And anyway, that post wasn't serious after the first three words. But seriously, I don't believe the Fathers intended the country to be so partisan (well, I know George Washington didn't). I do know the difference between a conservative and a Republican, and a liberal and a Democrat. Way I see it Democrats are better than liberals and Republicans are either conservatives or moderates -- you can tell the difference mainly by how they vote on taxes and such. Still, right now I can't stand any of 'em because they're getting nothing done. Gotta give Boehner credit, though, for putting up with the Democrats, liberals, moderate Republicans, conservative Republicans, and Obama and still getting his job done.
