    The Everfree forest could be a settlement with some special units. Or perhaps it could represent the rebels because it's already an evil place and kinda at war with everyone.

    It could be a cool rebel settlement. Could be a hard to reach one like Hypoborea in Rome.

    To expand factions, add in the unicorn, earth pony and pegasus settlements before it becomes Equestria - like pegatropolis, Unicornia and Earth
