Have you already deployed troops in Ottoman territory? Bosnia belongs to the Ottomans and Northern Serbia is too far south from your borders. I will name the regions and add numbers to each one to avoid confusion.
Yeah, troops are there because I'm already at war with the Ottomans (historically, since 1593). EDIT: Oh. Actually by Northern Serbia I meant whichever Ottoman region is directly south of my Hungarian territory. Sorry 'bout that. I was using a modern map to get the location and I must've messed up.
