I don't understand why Kosovo is so "sacred" to Serbia when they had their asses whupped twice there by the Ottomans.
The place was known for being a reminder of ''we did not die alone''. I still don't get it, Serbia become a vassal and eventually in 1459 they become part of the Ottoman Empire so why this battle; because this was Serbia's last stand, after this they became virtually nothing important.
