Wow nice post Chaghatai Khan . Btw post the link of that awesome National Geography article in here. that was perfect.
Here is the article: http://ngm.nationalgeographic.com/20...dice-text.html My real name is too Arabic sounding
Thanks for the link. I recommend everyone to read it. My real name is too Arabic sounding Well there's nothing wrong with it. go on, tell us your name?
Yeah, when someone asks your real name you try to hide it. And R-Teen is right, there's nothing wrong with it..
Azeem lol although according to more observant Muslims,it should be "Abdul Azeem" but that's even more Arabic sounding
"Persia" is international and ancient name. "Iran" is native name. its repetitive discussion
Indeed Has anyone heard of Jami though? I added a picture of him and of Nadir Shah Afshar.
I think Persia is more correct than Iran. Yes it is not right for Iranians to call their country Pars (Persia in English) , but in international they call the country we live Persia. Persia = Madeans , Parthians and Pars. Chaghatai Khan: Nothing bad with having an Arabic name! (however my name is Siavash which is a real Persian name and it had come in Shahname) Has anyone heard of Jami though? of course we heard about جامی!
Its not so good but some pictures of today Iran is needed! I have posted 2 pictures of Tehran.
I also posted some pictures of today Iran

Nature of Iran! Beautiful! I put these so that no one would think again that Iran is a mass of sands! (one did in one thread)
