well of course you already have acces to my ancillary thread but i wil try to come up with some new ones for your mod
My ideas were mainly on traits, but I guess I can come up with some ancillaries as well. When I get rid off this nasty virus that's troubling me I'll post some stuff.
A butt-load of traits are needed as well, if you just want to do that. I will start a new thread just for traits. And I will add you both to the team credits.
Dragon-scale armour +5 Hitpoints, +2 Morale, untransferable, excludes all other armour, helmets, etc. General must be personally engaged with a unit of dragons, and he must win the battle. Dragon-scale helmet +2 Hitpoints, untransferable, excludes dragon-scale armour and other helmets General must personally engage a unit of dragons and win the battle. Dragon skull +3 Morale, untransferable General must personally engage a unit of dragons and win the battle.
Poisoned blade +attack and dread General must be personally engaged with a unit of spiders, and he must win the battle. Wolf cub +security and morale General must personally engage a unit of wolves and win the battle.
Rabies -Hitpoints and Morale General must be personally engaged with a unit of wargs, wolfs or bats, and have to loose the battle.
that's more like a trait, no? Another nice trait could be nightmares: minus command and morale.

tried to make them.. but pelts are very hard to express on this size will try
Just reuse the pics above of the actual creatures. Of course for drakes and spiders it wouldn't be a pelt, so maybe scales and fangs? Dragon spell? I suppose these could all be traits with different effects as well...
