What's your favorite Germanic country?
Dah the Netherlands 2cnd Germany 3th Danemark 4th Italy
1. *Republic* of the Netherlands (we're still a kingdom, but that doesn't matter/. 2. Deutschland uber alles!
1 Kingdom of Hulshorst 2 The netherlands 3 denmark (saxons own) 4 prussia ( I know, it doesn't exist anymore but I still think prussia is cool
Where is the kingdom of Hulshorst
Prussia, just like Constantinople btw, is a modern wrong country border... Germany must regain Prussia from Rusland and Poland, and Greece must get Constantinople....
Ah, konstantinopoulis, beatiful jewel of Greece, as well as the shores of the Egeian sea, the Turks just took them. The Elzas is more German then French as well, and after the tragedies of the World Wars Prussia and many other areas where taken away, while they had no right to do so. Funny fact, when I was in Dresden, so called Polish cities like Bogatynia are just called Reichenaue by the signs and the Germans. Flanders should join the Netherlands. Karelia, Nothern Finland/Murmansk area should become independent as well. And what's wrong with an Austrian anschluss
Karelia should join Finland because these people are from the same folk... I hate it that the Poles are ing with Prussia! Hey im going to make a new Social Group: Prussia is German!
And I'm gonna join it!
Im making it... Right now!
No, right now you're posting the post above

About that ancient Germanic unification, do you mean 'das heilige romische Reich' or Germany in 1871?
Ancient Germanic unfication looks very pre-roman if ya ask me...
The only occasion some Germanic tribes really formed a stable alliance was in the batlle of Teutoburger Wald.
Yeah they really had to unite... They had smacked ALL civilzations.. The Celts, the Romans... The Sassanids... The Huns... Yeah right ANYTHING... too bad they didn't do that...
I don't agree with that one. Some semi-barbarian tribes would've smashed the Imperium Romanum in it's Golden Age?
Yep.. The German Warriors were absolutly fearsome. The romans peed in their pants when they saw the Bersakah and the Axe/clubmen. Especially the fearless and brave behavior were really feared with the Romans.
False. They did in the first battles against those Gauls. After that they were less impressed by some naked, blue dyed, blond guts with an axe yelling in a to Latin compared awful language...
Uhum thats more a discription of a Celtic warrior.. They dyed themself blue.. Germanics did rarely fought nude.... for a Celt it was normal... Blond guts sounds more like Germanics... Read Tacitus 'Germania' he describes the Germanic warfare... A few quotes: Of all these nations, the Batavians are the most signal in bravery. As for the Harii, quite apart from their strength, which exceeds that of the other tribes I have just listed, they pander to their innate savagery by skill and timing: with black shields and painted bodies, they choose dark nights to fight, and by means of terror and shadow of a ghostly army they cause panic, since no enemy can bear a sight so unexpected and hellish; in every battle the eyes are the first to be conquered.[2]
