Changing City Sizes

I have come up with a list of cities i believe should be converter to larger slot cities, at first i was just thinking about the fact that in 1914 there should be no 1 slot cities, Switzerland is a one slot city right now

Also i think changing the city sizes will help Nations like Austria and France be able to keep up with the troop production of Germany, Russia and Italy so i went over the entire GC map and made a list of changes

Yes, i hate one slot cities, i always feel obliged to build a tax office and only a tax office there which is a dragg.

Also I would like to see the recruitment limit increased for many cities, that way troop production will seem a bit more ww1-ish

Great idea, I was going to edit Italy anyway, just cause they are way too 1337 for our campaign, but editing them all should be no more trouble.

Also the populations are real easy to do.

May i suggest also that italy starts with several preupgraded ports as each nation had at least one, take down a couple make them build some for trade, that should slow em down a little.

the region should be Provence, and it should be bigger than Paris !
