A couple of simple Python readers for converting .variant_weighted_mesh and .anim files
to an ASCII .txt representation. These are NOT converters, a long way from that. Just
intended to be helpful for researching meshes and animations for ETW. NOTE: These are
NOT compatible with Python 3.0 or 3.1. They will probably only run with Python 2.6 or earlier.
(This isn't a big deal I don't think, the newer Python versions mainly just change the package
names so only the import statements have to be changed.)
