Case Number: This is the number assigned to the appeal.
Appellant: This is the name of the user that appealed the decision.
Summary: This is a brief summary of the facts of the case.
Outcome: This is the eventual outcome of the case, "Upheld" indicates the judges decided in favour of the appellant, "Denied" indicates they decided against the appellant, and any other indication will be self-explanatory.
