Well some of my favourite tags aren't supported on the TWC, so you'll have to visit the .org for this
It's a tutorial about how to add a completely new faction symbol (not replace the saxon one), but that's all it is.
It doesn't tell you how to otherwise add a faction, there's already tutorials covering this.
