I noticed in some of your screens you had bavarian axemen. Coming from bavaria i grew up seening its 'colours' nd crests and though maybe, in the interests of authenticity you may want to look at these images.
Crest for banner, if its possible to have a separate abnner for a unit  Maybe as the overcoat of whatever its called, you could use this image? -->Bavarian 'Colours' Bavarian Crest, maybe on a shield?  Apart from that I love the mod. Good luck! Half a league, half a league, Half a league onward,

Also textures will be 512x512 for all factions not just euro, so you will se high quality everywhere!

Hi u guys!
so well for authencity ==> do not use the heraldics! CplTony submitted these are the heraldics the bavarian State got some years after 1815 (i donno the exact date) The read/silver Spikes are the Flag of Franconia which was added to the Bavarian territory by Napoleon. (hehe and they hate us for that since then ^^) It would be mutch better to just use the Blue and White lozenges! - it's far from being 100% realistic in the Middleages though every little knight had his own heraldics but better than the New-Age State flag http://www.hz-forum.de/30_krieg_fahnen/alle_fahnen.htm maybe this link helps - some Flags of the 30 years War. |
