here I (or others) will post the concept art as soon as I can figure out how.
Archer1 can be used as a crusader archer or a templar archer Archer2 is another crusader or Templar archer. Archer3 is a regular archer (probably heavy with the shield) Archer4 is a heavy archer that any faction can use.

All are good. The second last knight is german, the first knight is english and the second is french. The spearman can be a heavy spear unit.

this are italien units with a welsh archer too edit: sorry the second spearmen picture is not Italien but can be used as French, English or german.
