    Strat-Map BETA Preview

    This is only the beta stage and will be further improved climate and texture wise.
    some cities or regions might be moved around until 1.0 but it should greatly resemble this.

    Thanks to Valar Morghulis for making the initial contributions and making the foundations of the entire map, a good portion of the credit goes to him. I reworked all the mountains, ground types, climates and ground textures, villages and etc but I'm still not done yet the map will be further improved. The wall and beyond will be previewed another time because I'm still working on it.

    The Dornishmen

    Spoiler Alert, click show to read: 


    Dorne is located in the southernmost part of Westeros, where the continents only deserts are found...hot sands and a burning sun, along with their tireless horses and the dornishmen mastery of spear fighting, kept them "Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken" .

    Their ruling house is house Martell that resides at Sunspear, their capital, with it's three towers and the sandboat. Another center of power are the water gardens, Doran Martell's current sanctuary.

    Even though they did finally convert to the Faith of the Seven, due to their rhoynish heritage, women enjoy great liberty, equal primogeniture is accepted and they can rule along with their men.

    Still called "Prince" and "Princess", their leaders rule from the tower of the sun, a golden dome with great windows of leaded glass, sat upon two thrones, one with the rhoynish sun and the other with the dornish spear...




    The Andals

    Mainland Westeros, is being torn up by war and raiding brigands...Their culture is based on the old Andal traditions, with Knighhood and the Faith of the Seven as its main pillars..From Kings Landing to the Citadel at Oldtown, princessess, ladies, Lords and Kings are playing the Game of Thrones


    The Ironborn

    Spoiler Alert, click show to read: 
    The Iron Islands are a small group of infertile and stormy islands in Ironman's Bay. Born and bred on rock, salt and iron, the native inhabitants are a harsh and unrully people, that keeps to the Old Way;

    A pirate/raiding culture, inspired by the faith to the Drowned God; He made the Ironborn to raid, rape and pillage, a faith upheld fanatically by their priests and prophets!

    Their ruling house, is house Greyjoy, that sits the Seastone Chair, a krakenlike throne, at Pyke, a castle with green-black stone towers built on rocks ,connected one to another by rope-bridges..


    The First Men

    The North is Westeros' most vast kingdom and most of its people are descendents of the First Men.A plain, practical people with a strong sense of honor and loyalty, they pray to the Old Gods for justice after the gruesome end Ned Stark found.

    Their ruling house is house Stark of Winterfell, where the old Kings of Winter sat their thrones.

    This is sick. I have been checking these forums every day for months, hoping every time to see updates, so its good to see that I can bank on some sweet stuff every week.
