I'm confused. Nothing seems to be going on any more. I haven't heard from Beserk or Killerguy. I think we need to deside what the future of this mod is because I don't want to stand around waiting for somethign to happen. So what is happening?

Well i know i'm still working, but too lazy to post screenshots , also i need a map cuase im gonna start making the campaign map soon.

I suggest you to finish the units before the campaign, or at least to have 4-5 factions completed....it's only a suggestion

i suggest you put your manpower and skills in reinforvcing another mod that you like. many mods look very promising and many teams are short on ppl.
there is also a time factor. a mod that wont be finished by the end of this year will most likely never be finished.
your mod is the hugest of all mods and one of the newest and you have a low staaf too.
there is a nordic asatru saying:
wotan give me the power to fight no matter how bad the odds are - wotan give me the wisdom to know when the fight is over

You and otheres have made a good point. I do like this mod and thought it had promise. I will continue to help killer with history but I really don't know of any other mod that ocudl use a historian. Most medieval mods are to far developed to need another historian. Also I don't really want to be in a mod that has dozens of members already. I guess that is being picky a guess.

To Killer: I tried e-mailing you again and it didn't work. Don't know what to tell ya.

se europa barbaorum probably the biggest mod if it comes to changes and effort for example have difficulties with the sweboz clan. difficulties as in they need more researchers. i know that coz i tried to help out but i suck at it ;]
most likely they need still researchers. just as a suggestion.
a small team is nicer i guess but what you can do is also limited coz everything takes way longer and if one or 2 of the team have busy times the whole development freezes unless everybody can work independently.
well i didnt say stuff to demotivate or to be mean. its just that there is still need for manpower in many mods and i d rather see a few mods finished than :wub:s of started mods and only a few make it to a release.
and yes your idea was really great. but a huge plan like that needs more ppl and more time. sometimes its better to do a small step and when the step is done look to the next step.

Hmm..i think the first release (the first step, as you were saying) is a full version only medieval units..the second step will act like a small expansion (4-6factions) to create the new world as spanish conquests or the american civil-war.

I will always try to make our mod so much more unique.

hwy dudes the crusader team needs research work and good skinners. and its a small team and a great projet medieval as urs, why not merge or help them out with skinning?!?

hmm..i don't know, our mod is like the golden era of the medieval age (where the earliest Cannons and hand cannons arrived to the west/middle-east and chivalric, heraldic knights in shiny armour in the mid 1300s) so i'm not sure..i'll think of it once again.

Really need more suggestions and feedback from the community.
