If you have a tavern (or upgrade) after a while every character gets "Drunken uncle" or another negative trait. These should not occur every time - just sometimes!
Right now every warlord I have got "Drunken uncle" or "slubb..." - it should not be this way |

this is the way it's always been, ever since vanilla. only build taverns in places where you don't plan to have a governor and you need the bonuses, units, whatever. or you could modify the trait triggers...

Yeah, simply change the triggers for this ancillary member to something like this:

Trigger trigger_drunken_uncle
WhenToTest CharacterTurnEnd
Condition EndedInSettlement
and RemainingMPPercentage = 100
and Trait Drink >= 3
and IsGeneral
AcquireAncillary drunken_uncle chance 10
* Test the trigger when the character (EG general).... * ...ends his turn in a settlement * ...and has 100% of his movement points remaining * ...and has the trait 'Drunkard' (Social Drinker = 1, Like A Drink = 2 btw) * ...and the character is a general. This has been customised from what it was in vanilla. Of course, you can use any combination of conditions in a trigger, look at other ancillary triggers for more ideas. You will also need to have export_descr_character_traits open to reference the various traits.
